Not sure about Koni, but the bushings supplied with my KYBs were junk. I ended up putting the old stock ones back on after tracing knocking noises to the front upper shock bushings. It's now 10 years later and the stock bushings are still fine, although the KYB shocks are worn out... I agree they should supply them, but if they're inferior quality, you'll end up with stock bushings eventually...
