Subject: Where to mount the cruise control control pad
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed

I put in the Audiovox CCS100 and am now looking for a good place to put the little control pad that it comes with. I read Tim Hannink put it in place of his rear heater fan switch, but I still have a rear heater fan switch there. Someone else put it in place of a switch blank on the right side of the instrument cluster. That would be very easy from a mounting perspective, but I'm not sure it would be so convenient to use there. I was thinking of putting it on the edge of the dash right next to the instrument cluster on either side. It would be sort of facing up. Would take more work to mount and wire it though. Any comments or ideas appreciated.

Edward
