It tells you a lot about Maryland safety inspections. It is not explicit on turn signals, just says that you need to have lights inspected. It also indicates that you have 30 days to fix the problem if you flunk. So it's better to go for the inspection even if you can't get it fixed before tomorrow, since you can drive for 30 days and 1000 miles after you fail.
