I was going to do that when I got my Snycro parts van - figuring the weight of a full rear tank with the Syncro trans would give my 2WD at least the off-road capacity of a bay-window van.

Put after stripping away the van and seeing that tank wedged way up there above the tranny - I gave up on that thought. Maybe two rear mounted jerry cans is nearly as good.
