I can testify to the wind noise but it depends also on the
temperature, speed etc. There is supposed to be a small gap between
the seal and the roof to let water out.  Wind comes in and under the
right conditions, frequencies come into resonance and the rattle
begins. I don't have the rattle all the time (not f.ex. if it's very
hot, but early morning, it seems to be appear more) and it's at about
50 mph. If the rattle starts change the speed and get the resonance
off (that's with a seal from busdepot, but probably all will do that,
although with the old one, I never had this phenomena.
