I took my Westy to Sewfine (Littleton, Colorado) and had them spin me an interior.

The fabric they use is readily available at most good fabric stores. The tweed is very nice and available in a variety of colors. The beige that I chose is very compatible with the browns of the Van 80s era Vanagons

To do all the work (including some unique custom stuff) it ran about $5k. If you did it yourself you could save a lot.
