thanks Robert... My Flexplate broke at one of the 3 holes... and although the bolt was still tight, it wasn't holding anything! ( a little background info... this is a vanagon conversion with a custom flex plate... Volvo B230 engine) the plate broke right where a spacer was tacked on ... (booo on Mig welding)
