Does the van have wiring for a towing wiring harness? If so rip it out and your problems will vanish.

Alright, I'm running out of days in Sept and booked a MD state inspection for tomorrow. My assistant was riding behind my 90 Carat today and noticed that when I put on the right turn signal, both reverse lights flashed in addition to the turn signal lamp. Left turn signal flashes only the turn signal lamp. Transmission in reverse does not turn on reverse lights. The questions:

1. Ground? 2. Reverse switch? 3. Should it fail inspection for such a charming fault?

Cheers,

mordo
