The Tirerack does not have all brands of tires. And in fact has a very poor selection of tires for the Vanagons.

Vredestein has the Comtrac tire in several sizes that fit vanagons. Tirerack doesn't cary them. Nokian has several tires in sizes that fit Vanagons. Tirerack doesn't carry them.

Tirerack DOES sell the Michelin Agilis tire, which is spec'd to fit the stock alloy wheels. It's just about impossible to find it though with conventional navigation on their web site. <http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp? tireMake=Michelin&tireModel=Agilis>

Vredestein and Nokians can by found at <http://www.tiresbyweb.com> And of course The BusDepot sells some sizes as well (for better prices.)
