Boot kit is on the way. Wondering what is involved? (the archive is down...)

Bentley shows 39.17 "front final drive axle flange oil seals, replacing." Is that where I should be looking? It involves more than I am up for, or have the tools to do (pressing tie rod end out).

I thought this might be a simple procedure that I could do with the van on ramps. Can someone kindly enlighten me?
