I got front seat covers a few years ago from: Seat Cover Warehouse, 1607 North State Road 7, Hollywood, FL 33021, (954) 963-4989

I pulled my shreddy tan corduroy from the front seats and sent it to them and they made a pattern (which they still have) and made a wonderful replacement replicated from the original. I switched material to solid brown velour type material on the seat top and seat face, and solid brown vinyl on the sides and back. They even made the covers for the arm rests. They came out really good, continue to serve me very well, and were very reasonable in price.

The bench seat was easy enough to recover - my wife and I did that ourselves.
