Sits nicely between the front seats (pointing aft). http://www.greatoutdoorsdepot.com/coleman-powercat-heater.html Use some common sense re ventilation and don't leave it on when you go to sleep. Most useful (I think) for taking the chill off the interior on cold mornings. Of course my wife's from South Bend & she says 'It isn't really cold until you've lost a couple of toes'. Other items... Sleeping bags are hard to beat for warmth even inside the van A Coleman stove (the little one that sits right on top of a propane bottle) guarantees you'll have a cup of coffee even if you ran out of propane during the night... also nice if you're fixing a Curry -- you can cook on the picnic table... else your curtains will smell like curry for a month or two (not necessarily a bad thing?). Many homemade conveniences/mods in the archives & elsewhere, but here's one I use every day... http://www.cybertrails.com/~ahwahnee/shelf1.JPG http://www.cybertrails.com/~ahwahnee/shelf2.JPG Geo
