The conclusion So after it started up on the tow truck sunday night I bought a spare ICM and I already had a spare dist at home (note to self dont leave home without ALL yer spares :) so I just decided I'd drive it like normal untill i caught the SOB in the stall/no start act again so monday/tues it putters around town pretending all was good so tonight a block from the house i decided to petal to metal to stress test her yee ha not 1/4 block from the drive way tach drops like a rock stalls ... perrrrfect I got ya now plug in the icm still no start ... wip in the spare dist va voom done deal must be the hall sender ... but this is a old spare so i guess I'll rebuild this dist & put it back in then put the spare in the closet it was bought just in case ...:)
