Subject: Question about flue vent mounting
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; delsp=yes; format=flowed

The answer to this question may be self evident if I take the flue vent on my westy apart and try to mount it any other way than the way it it, but I'll ask to save myself the trouble:

There is a slot in the rubber molding that forms the bed for the westy flue vent assembly. You see it in the black molded lip of rubber that surrounds the chrome vent. My question is, should the slot (place where the rubber ridge is not present, like the opening in the letter C) face the front or the rear of the van?

Thanks,

Jim
