I spoke with Larry before you did. I suspect his problem is dirty or loose contacts on the big plus that goes into the fuel injection computer. If I were closed, I would bring VOM, electrical schematics, and small wire contact cleaning brushes.

If I were pulling parts from a parts van, I would bring the mail FI cable and just in case, the cable that runs between Hall detector and idle stabilizer.
