I have this installed with a house boat battery under the rear seat... and have an inverter currently between the front seats... and the inverter is rated for 700 watts... and the light keeps glowing red NOT green when I try to run anything.. including charging my phone ... the inverter will start green move yellow and turn red... and driving to San Diego doens't prevent this... (I mean driving from OC to San Diego, actually El Cajon - which should charge it up...) --- the guage of wire from starter battery is 10 guage and the wire funning from the rear placed deep cycle to the inverter is a heavier guage...
