oh yeah another thing recently fouled

driver's window fell off its do hickey

the thing-y that unspools and pulls the window up or lowers it down
i pulled the panel and got it back to gether but failed very soon after
- the spooling cable is bent at the end and seems to be unwilling to
return to its former shape.

any ideas on working out this kink????
