Just what it says.  Go to the plumbing dept of your local
hardware/lumberyard and ask.

They are rubber washers with little conical screens in them to keep the dirt
and rocks out of your washing machine.

There is a page on the net that I can't find right now that details the
installation of these to keep debris out of the space under the luggage
rack.

If I acan find it, I'll post it for you later.
