I wonder if we had a system like that here if it would cut down on the 42,000 traffic deaths each year...? Wouldn't bother me in the least if we had something like that. If we did there might have been some kind of intervention between that moron in the video and the morons that supposedly raised him. Why is it 'unfortunate' to _not_ have tuition fees, anyway?
