Volks,

If you have not already discovered the adventures of Amanada & Rich Ligato ... I urge to give them a read.

http://www.vwvagabonds.com/

They have long been great inspiration to my own day dreams of VW adventure travel.

Their previous driveabout ..

Three years in a 1978 Volkswagen Van throughout Latin America and Africa.

The web site has lots of great photos and detail.

And they are featured in the October 2006 issue of National Geographic Adventure.

But if you want the "Full Story" purchase their book .. "Wide-Eyed Wanderers".

It's a great read and you won't regret it.

Now these wonderful restless wanderers are headed off on a new adventure.

The West Coast of North America, Southeast Asia and India on recycled bicycles.

Follow them by joining Yahoo Group "VeloVagabonds"

Enjoy,

good road, good adventure, good life,

larry chase www.roadhaus.com soon to be roadhaus.org
