Went to look this afternoon and things were pretty good. Could use objective opinions from anyone who has them.

Details: - All records from owner available and looked at. Some from owner before that. - 25k on GEX rebuild (done in 2000). Owner has not had any problems from engine. - Owner had major cooling issues which he went to the stealer to fix. Radiator was flushed, system bled multiple times, problem kept returning. SOLUTION happened when another mechanic noticed that a hose connecting to the hardlines under the van was loose. No more problem. - No leaks, stains or smoke. - Seam rust appearing in two places. Rock chips. Two or three areas of rust coming through thin paint. Will need immediate attending to. - doors and windows work well. Power mirros in-op. Slider very smooth. - runs GREAT -- better in fact than any Vanagon I've driven before. Tight smooth gearshift. - Interior has seen better days and will prob need replaced. Chris -- how much for a Carat interior (seats, carpet and table panel only???)

Here's some pics of her: http://tinyurl.com/npvpn

I think it's a given that I'm going to get her. Besides it's electrical issue, the Westy just runs too well :)
