That was my bus you were looking at. The actual ground clearance is 6 inches to the bottom of the oil pan. Bostig offers an oil pan that will give you another inch of clearance. I myself did not think this was a big issue so i opted out of the oil pan. With the oil pan you would have 7 inches of clearance. The transmission oil pan is only 8 inches. For most road conditions 6 inches is plenty of clearance. Their are a lot of new cars out there that have a lot less clearance than that. If anybody wants to check this out i'll be at busses by the depot this weekend. I'll try not to park it in the mud with 6 inches of grass so it doesn't look so bad. I might add that this van is such a pleasure to drive now that i can't get enough seat time in it. I'm almost ready to weld the hood shut. Catch you all at BBD
