The front pulley is not a tight press and can be removed with a pair of
screw drivers or pry bars
The problem with doing pulley R&R is retorquing the bolt. If the engine is
still in the van this can get tricky without the OEM tool.One option might
be to use a chain threw the
 opening in the pulley and around the rear support bar to achieve the
required 252 pds torque
dont forget to replace the dealer only oring part # N 900 784 01
