Dear list,

Thank you for all the timely responses. The reason I am removing the pulley is I want to get it powdercoated for my rebuilt motor. The other reason is I can not remove the water pump due to a stripped allen bolt that holds the pipe that goes under the pulley. I do not see a way to get this removed without removing the pulley. The bolt that held the pulley came off fairly easy with a six foot cheater bar and a long pry bar that was inserted into the teeth of the flywheel. Probley not the best way to remove but it was effective at the time. By the way Bob this core will be coming your way once I get everthing removed, hopefully sooner than later.

Thanks, Eric 91syncro 99 subaru wagon
