I recently perused an ad for a certain type of VW {can't recall if it was called a Profi or Dehler (sp??) } The owner/seller said it was "one of 3 in the US - mine, this one & Karl M's". Anyhow, I noticed rear triangular-shaped soft compartments for clothing storage, gray with zippers. They were located where the Westy closet would have been on the left but on both RT and LT sides. Can anyone tell me what they're called and where to get them? And how they attach? It would certainly help with storage on my non-westy Vanagon. I have next to no storage at all. I hope the above is clear enuff to jog a few memories about this. I think the ad also showed some smaller soft storage pieces, too. I'm hoping to get down to a Oregonian Vanagonian in Salem for help disassembling my interior before our wet westies Champoeg campout in a coupla weeks! I have other plans in store for my CHC converted van! Thanx ! - Anna QS Portland OR '86 "Blue Mongrel" |
