Matt, Congrats on your "new" ride. Know the feeling! In my experience there is nothing that works as well for reconditioning paint on these, and preventing oxidation as penetrol. A link to google with LOTS of info. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=penetrol I used it on my van and the top early spring '05 and it looks the same now with ordinary washing. The only settings I use at the carwash are wash, rinse and spotless rinse, or whatever that last option is. Sometimes engine cleaner when it's time for that, as well.
