I do not think neither Chris nor Ron set this up as a promotion for themselves. It always takes some effort to organize any type of gathering such as this and it is great that someone makes the effort to do it!

Besides - if any entity or person did set up a similar event to serve as a promotion - so WHAT? Nobody is forcing anybody to go...

For the record - if Guinness Beer and KFC

[or any random Chinese buffet restaurant for that matter...]

sets up a promotional Bus Event ...
