Larry said: Who the cares why any event was organized the important thing "IT WAS".

Well said Larry. And to belabor the point let me add this. The various online vendors are as much a part of our VW community as those of us that do business with them. Does anyone (who stayed warm long into the night) begrudge the cord of fire wood Van-Cafe donated and delivered to SDM this year? Does anyone resent the incredible amount of parts and 'stuff' donated by a bunch of vendors for the raffle at BBTB and the good that is done with the money raised? If you think that there is some nefarious reason an event or gathering was organized then don't attend. Otherwise let me suggest the two rules the WetWesties have for attending a camp out: 1) Show up 2) Enjoy
