Eccentric washers won't help. Not enough room in the tube for the control arm bolt to travel that far. Wait a few weeks, the springs will settle and you should be able to get down to the 1-2 degree range. How much lift do you have with the spacers? Did you replace the front strut bar bushings? You may want to check them after a few weeks. Too much lift will destroy the sleeve and maybe bend the chassis where the arms go through it.

Here's another one for the collective wisdom (thanks for all the help with removing my trailing arms--the Sawzall made short work of it, as it does with most things).

My '91 2wd is now riding on 16" wheels with 245/75 tires, borne aloft by the Syncro.org 2wd lift springs, Bilstein HD shocks, and the syncro-services.de spacers.

The rear suspension works perfectly. In the front, I simply can't move the upper control arms out far enough to prevent about 3 degrees of negative camber. Did VW make other eccentric discs to allow an extra range of adjustment?
