Ah. I'll wait a few weeks before adjusting camber again, then. I was trying to get everything to spec one day after getting the suspension buttoned back up.

I replaced the radius rod bushings, along with springs, shocks, and every last piece of rubber in the front & rear suspension. I'll check the crossmember the radius rods go through for deformation, too.

Even with the alignment so far off, the ride is better (KYB's that were on the van were shot), handling feels more secure (despite the raised center of gravity--must be due to the reduction in body roll), and, above all, things are remarkably more QUIET!

Volks wanting to soundproof their Vanagons should start with all the bushings, methinks.
