Electric power.. thats about it... I have a 100 amp sea volt battery... paid 129 for it.. with a hella relay, that i'm replacing with a heavy duty relay... and when I do it over again, I'll get two 6 volt golf cart batteries... for about 30 more dollars before taxes.. and more than double the amp hours... and like someone here said... two in series will outlast two in parallel... which makes me wonder about having the additional batteries being wired to the main starting battery... isn't that in parallel... or does the relay/solenoid mitigate any shortening of life, or infighting between the batteries... I have backed down on the idea of getting a 3,000 watt inverter... though now i'm thinking of a pure sine wave inverter... Still wondering if I'll be able to mount a solar panel to behind the rear glass (and if removing the tint would be that necessary... ).. the panel would have to be 48*18... which kind of limits choices...
