Hi Curt, Remember that the gas gauge circuitry has electronics at both ends. The Sender at one end, and the gauge at the other. If the sender is OK, the problem is with the gauge, or possibly with the wiring in between. A few years ago I replaced the sender on my baywindow three times and got the same result.
