After 80+ years of MN winters, my parents have gone soft and are moving to AZ.  I will be driving a rental truck only partially full, so there is room for Vanagon treasures.  My route will be Minneapolis-Kansas City-Amarillo-Albuquerque-Tucson, leaving on 11-5.
  
My return will be via Audi 5000 wagon which already will have been loaded in KC with a 2.1 engine to be delivered to TX.  However, some space will remain.  The route will be Phoenix-El Paso-San Antonio-Austin-Houston-Tulsa-Kansas City-Minneapolis, leaving about 11-14.
