I find the UPS brokerage fee incredibly frustrating because UPS will not
quote it in advance!  Even if you call them and give them all info on the
package (contents, value, etc.) they will not commit to how much the
brokerage fee will be. I find that absurd!  That's why we use U.S. Mail for
shipments to Canada (except in very rare cases where we can't; i.e. too
large a package or a dropship).
