I broke, and I fixed the slider door, so this might help someone else out.
And, I am always fishing for better ways to do things.

So, on our '86 Westy I was installing a new slider door panel. This
involved the use of a hammer (don't ask). When pounding I managed to break
loose one of the nuts that holds on the rear door latch. That's the latch
in the back, about half way up the door. So, this made the door not shut
tight in the back cause the top screw/bolt was not tight.

I pulled the latch off, and super glued the nut back in. Wish I would have
taken pictures, because that was a trick. I had to get superglue on only
the face, and not the threads or my finger. Of course, I dropped the nut
down in the door a couple of times. Coat hanger to the rescue. My cats (which
always hover when I am working on a car) learned a few new words that day.

Then, I JB Welded the hut. Again, trying not to get any in the threads.

The nut was originally welded in, so hopefully this will hold.

Of course, I managed to scratch the $#$@#$#@ paint in the process.

Anyone have a better way to fix this?
