It was nice of them to mention the surcharge.

The best deal for packages to be sent to Canada is USPS. The built-in brokerage fees are minimal and it comes right to the door. I don't know if it would work similarly in the opposite direction.

At some point I'm going to have to find out as I am starting to see more instruments shipped to me from further afield.
