WBX cooling system addittions My marketing team saw these at a plumming supply store, while picking up parts for another side job. Could these be used to plum in an oil cooler into a 1.9? Just splice these into the large hoses that run from the thremistat housing.A barbes end can repace this garden hose connector. I think used hoses from the rear seat heater will fit between the fittings and oil cooler. However the oil filter wont fit. Will an engine carrier from a 2.1 be necessary for the filter to fit?

How bout using them for adding a water tempature gage?I am sure that fittings exist to adapt that to this fitting. Imagine putting one on each hose near the radiator. Inlet and exit tempatures. Use them for draining the system. The garden hose hook up in nice, but the 1/2 inch drain is smallish. An unwary owner could blow up the radiator by turning the hose on full blast.Where would a drain be best placed? The tire area is good for the hose attachmnent, as the tire will protect the attachment when not in use. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/rogersisler2000/album?.dir=/e471re2&.src=ph&.tok=pheS7uFBrDXhVT8K
