A few years ago, I got rid of my very troublesome Dometic fridge and replaced it with a nice Norcold DC-0040. I've been hanging on to one extra, and need some room in the shop, so here am offering it for sale. You can see one as installed at: http://westyventures.com/rigs.html ,in the second from last photo. I'll sell it as a boxed new unit for $550 or send me your fascia board from your Westy and I'll trim and assemble a kit as required to make the job a bolt-in painless affair, for $650. (Alternately, I'd sell my used unit for $200 less and start again new) This has been one of THE best changes I've ever made to my Westy interior. It operates on a 12-volt source, I have mine connected to a group-27 deep cycle battery under the rear seat, it will operate up to a week on that battery in the summer. Previous to installing that battery, it tested at a full four days with the standard 41/91 battery. At mid-setting, it maintains 40 degrees all the time, more if you crank it! Frozen food stays frozen in the mini freezer section. Usable storage space in the fridge is almost double, and the door shelf holds half-gallon containers. Imagine, a fridge that always cools, no matter the outside temperature! And it's ready to load only 15 minutes after starting up! Only one available....first reply gets it. :-)

Karl
