You have to be kidding yep, it was like that until 79, but the hose was short, didnt reach the front spare unless you added a section of hose.. only my 78 i used a bike tire pump.. well thats better than the 64-67 bus washer bottle that you had to pump the rubber cap with your finger to get the fluid to squirt out.. talk about low-tech
