Hi Nathan,

Supply and demand, is why. They are few and far between because they have been out of production for 15 years. The fact that those vanagons that do end in the yards are being picked clean proves that there are people in that area still driving them. Otherwise they wouldn't bother picking them over.

You think it's bad out there... try finding something aircooled in a boneyard here in Ontario. It happens VERY rarely, trust me.
