  The only time to be wary of pressing the pedal all the way down is when
bleeding an OLD master cylinder, not a new one.  This is to prevent the
seals from riding on a portion of the cylinder thats dirty and gunked-up,
because it normally hasn't had to travel that far, so crap tends to
accumulate there.  Not applicable to a new one........
