I actually have better luck doing it as a one man job than with a helper. Basically, it involves using a small capped pint jar with a hole in the lid and a clear plastic hose that will fit tight on the bleeder screw. Start @ RR wheel, LR wheel, RF wheel, then LF wheel. Keep enough fluid in jar to cover the end of the hose and slowly pump pedal until no more bubbles show in jar. Be sure to keep adequate fluid in reservoir.

Get a helper to pump pedal.

When bleeding, do NOT press pedal all the way to floor. Halfway is fine.

There is lots in archives on bleeding brakes.

It is a small wrench yes. A 7or 8mm if I recall.

You can do this by yourself. I started a thread not long ago that spawned some really useful info from helpful listers.
