The X-Relay (load reduction relay) is no longer working. BTW, you don't have windsield wipers either. Two probable component failures will cause this - the ignition switch or the headlight switch. Test both.

And when you replace the defective component, add one of the headlight relay kits available from our friendly online vendors, or you will be replacing it again, and again, and again...
