I have a pic of the back of my van with the hitch installed on the blog.

Clicking on the pic will enlarge. Probably not not the amount of detail you need.

For the fiberglass bumpers -

Installation is basically removal of the bumper from the van -

Detaching the fiberglass bumper from the stock mounts and mounting the

Fiberglass bumper on the haynes hitch [ small slots need to be cut in the fiberglass bumper]

And reinstall the haynes hitch with attached fiberglass bumper where the stock mounts were.
