RE: Awning Mounts The A&E/Dometic 2000 and 2500 use a round rail on the back of the case that goes through a little round opening in the mounting brackets. The Fiamma uses a bracket that just sticks straight up and the top edge of the bracket fits into a groove molded into the top of the case. Two different mounting methods. The current (I believe Horizon model) A&E is a Fiamma 45 rebranded, I looked very closely at camping world and compared to my Fiamma 45. I did not look to see if the mounting system was different from the Fiamma but would be surprised if it was. The mounting kit shown on the Camping World website for a 2500 should work with a 2000. BTW, I've had both the 2000 and the 2500. 2500 is easier to set up and take down. When I removed the 2000 that came with my Westy I didn't really notice if the mounts were any different but I'm 90% certain they were the same as the ones I installed for my 2500. |
