Interested people should go to www.por15.com. You can request a cataloge. POR15 is good to 573 degrees F. The por15 people say you can use it on a muffler, but not the parts from the muffler to the manifold.POR20 is for that.If you can only paint the muffler, but not the rest, why do it in por15, at all? POR20 is very very brushable. Infact it is difficult to tell the difference between brush and spary with POR20. Just mix it up well. Stired ,not shaken. 007 would not like it. I have never had success brushing any other POR product. They say they wont leave any brush marks, but that dosent seem to be the problem. The finish is to uneven, by brush.POR15 products include chassis black and sterling silver.Very very nice.Easy to spray .Very forgiving.Drys quick. Multipule coats are a PITA. Got to clean your equipnment immediately after spraying. Then dirty it all up again. Need to use POR15 clear to get the corrosion protection, first. |
