I don't recall if it was Sbarro or bb who did that car. I do recall numerous hot tuner cars from bb in the magazines of the era.

Just out of school I had a praktikum at BMW in the summer of '79 doing slug factory work (never touched an actual car) and I recall that someone on the crew parked a battered Fiat 600 in the lot daily and that it had the ultra-cool "bb" sticker on the deck lid. Guaranteed an extra 5 KPH, no doubt.
