Subject:      How do I remove the mirror glass from the mirror ,in standard ,
              non power ,outside mirrors?

I have seen this done before. Cant use my standard method of learning( break one), as I dont have an extra mirror. I see little indentations, but I cannot figure them out. Anyone done this before?
