Has anyone on the list seen or done the Westy rear closet converted from the two hinged doors (front and side) to a large slider on the side? This would likely serve our needs better. I recall seeing a website where someone had done this but cannot find it now.

Also, can anyone recommend a source for matching '87 grey laminate in case we attempt this? Close-but-no-cigar substitute from Lowe's will have to do if nothing better is available.

Stephen, here's what your looking for > _Westy Rear Closet Modification_ (http://members.aol.com/Fkc43/closet.htm) That's my invention and webpage. You will not need any grey coloured laminates. Probably never find the correct colour match. What you do is take the small closet door to your hardware store and have them mix a quart of paint to match. It will be dead on if they have a colour scanner and mixer.
