I have them new for $95 but I will need your old one as a core before I can send you the new one. Basically I bought a bunch of the motors for the sliding door and rear hatch a few years back. They are the same as the front ones except for the fourth wire that the front ones have. So I use the old ones for the wiring and then you have a new lock motor. From the dealer (if you can still get them) they have superceded the Vanagon power lock motor to the Eurovan one. But you have to buy an additional harness adapter (around $40) to make them work. And they are not cheap. Let me know if you are interested.

If you want to buy a straight up sliding door/back hatch motor I would sell them for $75 and you can do the wiring work yourself. I only have six left and after they are gone I guess I will have to get good at trying to rebuild the old ones :-)
